Very easy to communicate and work with. Showed up for appointments within the window of time promised. Tech was very polite and did the repairs quickly.

Blake and his team did a great job with the repair of my roof, gutters, and fascia - as well restructuring the support/frame as it was found to be compromised when they got down to that level. The entire process was low-stress for me and aside from the initial visit and quote I didn’t need to be there for any of the work to be done. All communication was very clear and Blake helped me out when considering the options/planning, and never left me in the dark when it came to changes or adjustments; would work with them again!

Summit did a great job on our new roof. They knocked it out in one day. The hottest day of the year. The workers were very careful of our property. They did an awesome job cleaning up. Blake was awesome working with. He checked on the job while being done and came back the next day to do a follow up inspection. I would use them again if needed.

We had Summit Building & Roofing replace the front slope of our roof along with the fascia, soffit and gutters on the front of our house. We had noticed that we had a hump in our roof that kept on getting worse and worse as time went on. Tony came out for an estimate and did a thorough inspection. He explained that our rafter tails on our roof were sagging and creating a hump in our roof and gave us different options on how to fix it. We were then given 2 different detailed estimates so that we could decide which option would work best for us. The crew that came out to fix everything was professional and treated our property with care. Everything was fixed in a timely manner and we're extremely happy with the work they did. Everyone we talked to during the process was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Summit throughout the process of getting a new roof. After a storm tore off a number of shingles I contacted my insurance and Little Lew at Summit. He walked me through the entire process and made sure my only out of pocket expense was my deductible. I’ll be recommending Little Lew to everyone now!

We were stuck in a loop with our insurance company of the repairability of our roof after wind damage. And our insurance company did not want to do a replacement. I called Trey Kendall letting him know I would use Summit Roofing if they could get our insurance company to do a full replacement.They agreed with my contracted roofing that I should get a full roof replacement. Trey Kendall carefully explained his analysis and even offered to speak with our insurance company. I was floored. They'd get no benefit from doing this, and were still willing to help. He got us a full replacement roof when the insurance company only wanted to do repairs. Summit roofing was fantastic from start to finish! Trey Kendall the onsite supervisor, kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure everything ran smoothly. The next day Trey followed up to check on the roof, pick up any remaining nails, and answer all my questions. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding -- I couldn't be happier with the results! They did a beautiful job. Summit did an great job replacing and repairing my roof. They communicated clearly throughout the process and walked me through every step. After having issues with previous contractors leaving roofing nails and trash in my driveway, I was impressed that Summit kept my yard and driveway clean with no nails or trash. If I ever need roofing work again, I’ll definitely use Summit.

Water runoff from a poorly designed gutter system caused wood rot on 5 siding planks and trim above & along my back screened porch and front porch pillar. Summit Building replaced the old wood, added a gutter, applied 6” gutters with splash guards & screens, rebuilt the pillar and painted the new wood. They worked all day until dark and completed the job in 2 days. Blake was great to work with and the crew was focused, professional, and cleaned the area each day. I will definitely be calling them for more work. You should too.

I can't say enough positive things about Lew and his crew from Summit! He took care of working with our insurance, and made that process painless. His crew came out, had everything tarped off, and had already begun tearing off the old roof before we were even up! Clean-up was great and everything was done by around 2pm. Highly recommend!
