Summit and their entire crew were fantastic. We had severe hail damage in April and our insurance wanted to piece our home back together. Jason and Josh went to bat for us and got our home fixed in its entirety. They made the process as easy as possible and gave us the peace of mind knowing that we wouldn’t have to go to battle alone with our insurance company. I literally cannot thank them enough for being the right company at the right time for us!

This was our first experience with the company, and they were recommended by neighbors that had worked with them previously. Nathaniel and Jamie were extremely informative and helpful, as well as professional in their approach to replacing our roof and siding after a wild weather occurrence. They thoroughly explained the process and answered all questions we had promptly. In addition, we heard that several other roofers in the area refused to give up front quotes until they knew how much the insurance was paying, which was super shady. Summit did not do this. They provided us with a detailed, upfront cost estimate and pricing and were always straightforward about costs and how the work would be completed. The workers were friendly and pleasant and I very much appreciated the fact that Nathaniel came out after all the work was complete to confirm that the surrounding area had been tidied up and was to our liking. I would absolutely recommend this company to those wanting a quality and cost-effective roof that will hold up over the years. I will certainly be reaching out to them in years to come when necessary.

We originally thot we needed some minor work done on the soffit over our deck, and a couple splash guards. But on further inspection from Summit Building and Roofing, extensive storm damage was suspected and confirmed by the insurance company. Summit championed the cause to replace our roof, soffit and splash guards. Their team did an excellent job. They did what they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it. We are grateful to Jason, Josh and Nathan. They go the extra mile. And their team of installers were great too. I highly recommend this Company, and would hire them again if needed. We have used Summit for several different jobs over a period of years. Roofing, siding, gutters, windows and now considering a new fence from them. Have used Summit Roofing more than once - I am a happy repeat customer! Originally called in 2020 because I needed roofing work done because Home Advisor sent an inexperienced worker to my house & caused interior damage due to leakage! Nathan came out & had his team do the job right! Now, in 2022, I called Nathan again for roofing work on my garage! He came with his team & they were finished in record time including the clean up! I have referred Nathan to at least a half dozen other home owners!

Summit was recommended by a coworker after receiving insanely high quotes from other companies for work that I didn’t need. Jason came out personally to review my situation. I felt very comfortable with his professional yet casual/friendly demeanor. He was thorough in explaining my options, the process, and the costs involved. The pricing was upfront and reasonable. Work was completed in a timely manner (minus the inconveniences of Ohio weather). Their office staff is competent and efficient. Also, they ACTUALLY answer their phone which is rare! Overall I’m very happy with my experience from beginning to end. I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

Had a great Job done by Jason and his team. The basement turned out to be so beautiful that I actually want to live there compare to being in my current room :). The work was done in only 3 weeks where most estimates where given for 6 weeks!! and it was well in my budget, with no unexpected surprises.

They completed work at Orchard Grove Apartments for me in Groveport, Ohio. The professionals at Summit delivered on 6 roof tops and 1 entire building renovation from top to bottom including gutters, and window installation. We are moving forward with them again this year on more renovations and look forward to doing business together for many more years. Summit did a major renovation, replacing the siding, trim, and gutters on my 3200sf home. Because of the current market, it took a while to get the supplies in, but they told us that upfront and they constantly under promised and over delivered! The quality of the work was really really good. The crew was very detailed oriented and Jamie, who was our sales rep/project manager was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. They accidently broke a piece off of our outdoor hose. I called and they sent someone over right away to repair it. The clean up was very thorough. I truly can't say enough about how much I enjoyed working with this company! It was a big and costly project and we are happy we went with Summit!

We were not familiar with Summit Building and Roofing, but had a leaky roof and saw they had good reviews from multiple sites and requested an estimate for a repair.Jamie recommended we try a very simple and cost effective repair first to see if that fixed the issue as opposed to the much more labor intensive and costly repair that another company was recommending.We were very happy with his assessment and recommendation and will recommend this company to anyone we know who needs roof repairs!

The flashing on my chimney needed to be repaired and what a great job the installer did on mine. The roofers (not Summit) had reused old flashing and did a very poor job of sealing up the area between the roof and chimney. I will use Summit again for any roof repairs!

Summit has done an excellent job fixing several repairs in different places on my roof. They identified and fixed a flashing repair on the back of my roof two years ago and I just had them out to fix a leak in the front. In both instances, they were thorough with their inspection and efficient in fixing the problem. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if I need to.

Summit installed our gutters and replaced/painted trim. They did a killer job at a fair price. It's currently 2 years after they installed everything and it's in great condition. We had some issues pop up with our roof leaking and a couple shingles fell off. They quickly came out, inspected/found the issue. They fixed the shingles and leak same day. I asked them to inspect the roof and let me know if they think it needed to be replaced. The easy thing to do would have been to try to sell me but I was impressed, they told me it was in decent shape and that it was not necessary. If you want an honest company, go with these guys!

We find it a challenge to find impressive contractors. But recently had the opportunity to meet Jason Kear with Summit for a roof inspection on behalf of my mother who had received a poor quality roof replacement fall 2020. Jason did a thorough inspection and explained a lot to us. He was very professional and we feel very comfortable moving forward with using him for the roof repairs/replacement. Definitely would recommend to anyone roof shopping to check this company out first.

Really appreciated an honest assessment that our roof looked great from the outside, so the slight drywall damage we're seeing in the bathroom may have been from prior a prior leak or just condensation. Did not try to pressure us into an unnecessary repair. Thank you!
